These include various types of construction contracts (e.g., fixed price contracts, cost plus contracts, cost plus with GMP contracts) to be used with various project participants (e.g., owners, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.).  The creation of these template contracts enables our clients to efficiently negotiate and enter into contracts that will protect their legal interests on various projects and, by clarifying each party's responsibilities under the contract at the commencement of the project, help avoid future disputes. 

We help our clients draft, review, and negotiate transaction-specific contracts, including, but not limited to,  purchase and sale agreements, leases, property management agreements, program management agreements, development agreements, design agreements, construction contracts, subcontracts, commission agreements, listing agreements, exclusive representation agreements, and financing documents. 

We help resolve various issues that may arise on real estate projects. We provide legal guidance to our clients that focuses on finding amicable resolutions to conflicts that have arisen on the projects and avoiding costly litigation.  

We serve as an extension of our clients' business teams by providing outside general counsel services. Serving as clients' trusted advisors, we help them navigate various legal pitfalls their businesses face and help them select, manage, and oversee outside legal counsel that are retained to provide specific legal services.
