Goran Musinovic is an experienced real estate and construction attorney. He  has significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of real estate and construction contracts, including real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, property management agreements, program management agreements, design agreements, construction contracts, subcontracts, commission agreements, listing agreements, and exclusive representation agreements. He also has experience successfully litigating complex construction disputes. Mr. Musinovic is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Georgia, and the District of Columbia (license currently inactive). Mr. Musinovic has an AV-Rating by Martindale-Hubbell (highest available rating), has been recognized as a 2015 Mid-South Rising Star in Construction Litigation by Super Lawyers, and was recognized as one of the top construction law attorneys in Knoxville, Tennessee by Cityview Magazine in 2015. 

Mr. Musinovic graduated from The University of Tennessee, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in business administration majoring in accounting, with collateral in international business, and a minor in German. Mr. Musinovic received his J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 2009. While in law school, he served as the Treasurer of the Moot Court Board and was a member of The University of Tennessee College of Law National Trial Team. Mr. Musinovic won the prestigious Ray H. Jenkins Trial Competition in 2008 and participated in The University of Tennessee College of Law Advocacy Clinic where he represented indigent clients. Mr. Musinovic also clerked for the Honorable Mary B. Leibowitz in Tennessee Criminal Court. He received the Constangy, Brooks & Smith Diversity Award for the State of Tennessee, earned certificates of excellence in Trial Practice, Pretrial Litigation, and Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, and was inducted into The Order of Barristers, a national honorary society reserved for the top ten advocacy students from each graduating law class. Mr. Musinovic is fluent in two languages, English and Serbo-Croatian (i.e., Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian) and conversational in a third, German. 

Mr. Musinovic started his career practicing construction law with a nationally renowned construction law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Following the birth of his first child, Mr. Musinovic and his family moved back to Knoxville to be closer to family where he continued practicing construction law with a local firm. For the past few years, Mr. Musinovic has been working, in part, as the general counsel for a full-service healthcare real estate advisory and development firm. In this capacity, Mr. Musinovic works on complex, multi-million dollar healthcare real estate development projects and drafts and negotiates various types of real estate and construction contracts on a regular basis. 

Mr. Musinovic is happily married to Sheena Musinovic and a proud father of a son and a daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, making car review videos on YouTube, and traveling.
